Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all purchases made on TitaniumTradeFX are generally non-refundable once the trading bot or digital product has been delivered or accessed.
By purchasing our products or subscription plans, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
2. Digital Product Delivery
After completing the purchase of a subscription plan, the TitaniumTradeFX trading bot and related setup instructions will be delivered to the customer’s registered email address.
Once the product has been delivered or downloaded, the purchase is considered final.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional situations, including:
Duplicate payment
Technical issues preventing access to the product
Failure to deliver the purchased product
